In conjunction with the 150th Anniversary Celebration of Taiping, the Filial Piety Colouring & Drawing Contest, endorsed by the Majlis Perbandaran Taiping and organised by the Filial Piety Cultural Foundation & Pertubuhan Nilai-Nilai Murni Untuk Keamanan Sejagat, was successfully held at the JR Academy, Aeon Mall, Taiping, under the theme of “Developing Filial Piety, Passing on the Culture and Respect Elderly”. Thank you to the supporting partners, JR Academy AEON Mall Taiping, HH Truth Media , N&G Art, The SunTzu Strategy & Philiosophy Association for their full support. Mr Ng Chuan Wen, representing the ADUN Pokok Asam of Taiping, YB Ong Seng Guan, attended and supported this event.
The contest was well attended by 200 students and parents, including participants from 23 primary schools and 12 kindergartens across Perak state. Congratulations to the winners of the contest, we wish you all the best! Let’s look forward to meet us at the next event!
