We are thrilled to announce that on November 3, 2024, over 2,000 people came together to make our Run a resounding success! Our deepest thanks go out to each of you \u2013 participants, VIPs, staff, volunteers, sponsors, event partners, underprivileged groups, and students from over 100 schools \u2013 for your incredible support and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special gratitude goes to His Excellency Tun Dato\u2019 Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak, Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang, YB <\/a>Kumaresan Aramugam, ADUN Batu Uban, Prof. Dato\u2019 Dr. Aileen Tan Shau Hwai, Executive Director of Asia-Pacific University-Community Engagement Network (APUCEN), representing the Vice Chancellor of USM, Prof. Dato\u2019 Log. Ts Chang Kah Loon, Director & Chief Executive of AK Academy, and Mr. Nick Ng Shu Lin PJK, Organizing Chairman & President of PNM, who honored us with their presence to officially flag off the run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Governor of Penang, TYT Tun, proudly completed the 2.7KM run, joined by YB Kumaresan, Prof. Dato\u2019 Dr. Aileen Tan Shau Hwai, Prof. Dato\u2019 Log. Ts Chang Kah Loon, Mr. Nick Ng Shu Lin PJK, and other distinguished dignitaries. Alongside them were participants who took on the inspiring 5KM route with enthusiasm and determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are immensely grateful for the support of Universiti Sains Malaysia and Parliament Bayan Baru. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the strategic partners, Penang Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, represented by Vice President Mr. Lim Chee Woei; Filial Piety Cultural Foundation, represented by Mr. Louis Tai; and CPFWP Malaysia, represented by Madam Yee An Nie , for their unwavering dedication to our cause. The invaluable contributions of our sponsors especially Yayasan Amal TYT Pulau Pinang and all event partners helped make “RUN FOR LOVE 2024” a tremendous success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event went beyond promoting fitness; it was a celebration of unity, kindness, and community spirit, embodied in our slogan, “Love Family, Love Penang, Love Our Country.” Aligned with the 2024 theme, “KASIH Keluarga Jiwa MADANI,” RUN FOR LOVE 2024 highlighted the importance of family love, reaching out to USM students as well as primary and secondary school children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we extend our sincerest thanks to the remarkable generosity of our sponsors, which allowed over 300 children from underprivileged and differently-abled backgrounds to join us. Their presence filled the day with joy, inspiration, and purpose. To our sponsors, event partners, and the supportive public, we thank you for your selfless contributions and steadfast support, which were essential in creating an unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
